Some of the best things I've written have been in the most recent years. When I was a kid and started writing it was bad, poor spelling and too many run-on. Now its easy to read with still very poor spelling. There are now programs that create entire stories after you type what you want it to be about. They've created all types of assisted writing tools. Some are as easy as typing a one word to have it do all the work for you.
Also they have trackpads for digital pens if you don't like typing. Its basicly the same except no use of pare and you don't waste ink or lead. When I write Because of my inability to spell properly I sometimes use my built in mic on my laptop.
